Bio: Writer and Poet - Please feel free to read or follow my blogs. I like to exchange views. My interests include reading, writing, travelling. I love going to book festivals, to concerts, the theatre, to the movies and to visit friends and family. My favorite books include thrillers, crime novels and mysteries. However, I also enjoy reading biographies, classic novels and other genres if the novel, short story or poem is well written. I am an American, living in Scotland who took early retirement for health reasons. I am a cancer survivor; a support group organiser and, more importantly, I produce an e-newsletter for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and all people interested in cancer in South Africa. It is distributed free of charge, mainly in Johannesburg
and Cape Town. I do not accept advertising and I receive nothing in return – except for some wonderful letters from readers.
I would like your permission to occasionally reprint one of your blogs (such as The Psychological Effects of Cancer) in the newsletter – and although I am more than happy to provide a link to your site, I am unable to offer any payment. If you would agree to this it would be much appreciated – I would be happy to add you to the mailing list for my newsletter, VISION .

Chris, I am delighted to here that you, too, are surviving cancer. I am honoured that any of my posts may be of use to you. I would not accept money even if you offered it! Cancer support and research are too important. It would be good of you to give a link back to my site. Perhaps you could also be kind enough to mark the articles you use with a little “like” on the site? I wish you well with VISION and am thrilled to be able to help.
